He coined the popular 'Sturgeons Law' in 1951 which reads 'ninety percent of science fiction is crud, but then, ninety percent of everything is crud.' But forgotten among more than 200 of his incredible stories, 'The Professor's Teddy Bear', for deep shock and awe, is hard to top. ![]() ![]() Those of you who remembered snuggling at night to your plush animals or stuffed toys as children, may want to rethink just what you told your nocturnal furry creatures in the still of the night, when darkness was all you saw. You'll realize soon enough what is going on in this story, and you'll wish it wasn't.:D 'The Colour Out Of Space' - By H.P. ![]() Without a doubt, Lovecraft is the master of the most imaginative, creative and mind-bending horror. 'The Colour Out of Space' is in fact his favorite story, a narrative about an area known as the 'blasted heath' in Arkham, Massachusetts. Rest assured, you really don't ever want to visit this place. Not with all the wild animals running around eating people, and the humans themselves going slowly insane.
